Lunar Construct - Chloe can use lunar energy to create tools, weapons and other objects. They are semipermanent and can last throughout the duration of the night but will disintegrate when the sun rises. In addition Chloe becomes stronger, faster and more durable than the average person when she comes into contact with moonlight.Unfortunately, the main drawback to this quirk is that, during daylight hours, she is physically weaker than an average person by far and she also looses most of her hand eye coordination. This intensifies even further if she overuses her quirk. The nature of her quirk also makes her naturally more nocturnal, so she can often be seen sleeping during the day between classes.Her quirk is hereditary from her mother's side but is somewhat peculiar in the fact that it only seems to manifest in the females of the bloodline. Another peculiar side affect of the quirk is that women possessing the quirk tend to maintain a youthful appearance for longer, have increased fertility and are usually fertile for longer than the average woman.

Chloe is a short girl with blonde hair and blue eyes. She possesses a rather buxom build something which caused her a lot of self confidence issues when growing up and still does from time to time if it is mentioned or if someone makes a slight about her thick build.However, since becoming a vigilante, her confidence in herself and her body image has slowly started to improve.

Chloe possesses an ironically sunny and friendly personality, but can come off as a little timid at first. However once she gets used to people she reveals herself to be a strong willed woman with a strong sense of justice and an active desire to help others in any way she can.She's quite an insecure person in many respects and second guesses herself almost constantly, but ultimately she doesn't allow the self doubt hold her back from taking any opportunities that come her way. She works and studies hard to achieve her goals, even if they seem plain to more ambitious people.

Chloe was born in Scarborough to Panthea and Oswald Euphemia. She has an older sister called Rhea. She is also 1/4 Greek from her father's side although you wouldn't think it to look at her.Chloe was raised in the seaside town of Scarborough until she was ten, after that her father got a big promotion at his job, which forced the family to uproot and immigrate to Japan. For two years Chloe was homeschooled until she became confident enough in Japanese language for her to be enrolled in a local middle school.The combination of her distinctly western appearance, her somewhat larger build and the fact that she was foreign attracted quite a bit of attention, both positive and negative.Also her added physical weakness during daylight hours made her quite the easy target and she was bullied throughout middle school. It was for this reason that some of her friends persuaded her to join their school's self defense club, which was all about teaching the children self defense techniques.Fortunately the group who had bullied her ended up going to a different highschool and life in highschool actually made things easier for her on a social level.Chloe was an unusual child in the respect that, while she admired heroes, she never wanted to become one herself. In fact, since the age of four she has had the unwavering goal of becoming a nurse and she is now attending University in Hosu where she is getting a bachelors degree in nursing and hoping to go on to get masters in a more specific field, though she hasn't decided whether she'd prefer to specialise in pediatric nursing or neonatal nursing yet.Her becoming a vigilante actually stemmed from a chance encounter. In her second year of highschool, there was a steady rise of petty crime in her area and one night when she was walking home from a friend's house a small group of thugs attempted to jump her. The combination of her quirk and her her knowledge of self defense was enough not only for her to escape, but completely wipe the floor with her attackers.Upon further investigation, she came to realize that the heroes and the police were so busy fending off larger threats to society and didn't have the time, resources or staff to waste on catching small time criminals. So after a lot of careful consideration, she decided to give up two nights a week to fight small time crime anonymously as a vigilante, despite it technically being illegal.Over time, rumours started to circulate of a vigilante that only showed herself at night and quietly went about fighting petty crime and doing good deeds using tools that shined as if they were made from moonlight. A lot of it was quite exaggerated, but eventually she was given the alias "Selene" who was an Ancient Greek deity, the Titaness of the moon.She is continuing her vigilante work intermittently on the quiet, despite having been a trainee nurse for a full year.
